Description

Healthy churches have a healthy communication system that allows for two-way conversation between leaders and the congregation. This includes a system for holding leaders accountable. Also, healthy churches have policies, procedures, and facilities that can support the church’s ministry and can be adapted to help the church stay on-mission.
